Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Imperial Towing Inc ("we") collects through imperialtowingtampafl.com and how we use it.

What we collect

What you send us. When you fill out a tow request or junk car form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, vehicle details, pickup location and ZIP code. If you use the "Use my location" button, your device's GPS location is added to the form only after you allow it.
Calls and texts. If you call or text us, we receive your phone number and what you tell us.
Website and advertising data. We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to see which ads and pages bring in calls and requests. These services use cookies and similar technology to record things like the pages you visit, the ad you clicked, and your general location. Google's use of this data is covered by Google's privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, give you a price, schedule a tow or pickup, complete a vehicle purchase, and keep records required by law. We use website and advertising data to measure and improve our advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our form, phone and advertising providers), and with government agencies when the law requires it, for example vehicle title and sale records.

Your choices

You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com and block cookies in your browser settings. To ask us to update or delete information you sent us, call (813) 900-6024 or email imperialtowingtampa@gmail.com.

Text messages

If you send us a request, we may call or text you about that request only. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
